The TTArtisan AF 27mm f/2.8 is a compact APS-C autofocus pancake prime for Fujifilm X-mount cameras, delivering a 40.5mm full-frame equivalent angle of view in an all-metal body weighing just 93g. The STM stepping motor autofocus is fast, quiet, and compatible with eye-tracking on supported Fujifilm bodies, and the clicked aperture ring with third-stop detents from f/2.8 to f/16 gives direct, tactile aperture control without entering the camera menu. Firmware updates are handled through a USB-C port built into the rear lens cap, keeping the lens barrel clean while preserving update capability. The lens is available in black and titanium finishes.
The optical formula uses 6 elements in 5 groups incorporating two high-refractive-index elements for chromatic aberration and spherical aberration control. A 7-blade diaphragm produces smooth bokeh, and the 35cm minimum focus distance adds versatility for close-up work. At 61x29mm and 93g, the lens pairs particularly well with compact X-mount bodies such as the X-E and X-Pro series where maintaining a slim overall profile is a priority. No weather sealing is included.
