Panasonic Lumix
The Samsung NX300 is a 20.3MP APS-C mirrorless camera built around a hybrid autofocus system combining 105 phase-detection points with 247 contrast-detection points, delivering fast, accurate focus acquisition across a wide portion of the frame. Announced in January 2013 as the successor to the NX210, the NX300 was the first single-lens system capable of capturing 3D photos or Full HD video when paired with Samsung's dedicated 45mm f/1.8 2D/3D lens, and it was named Best Advanced Mirrorless Camera by TIPA in 2013. The DRIMe IV image processor drives an ISO range of 100-25600 and enables continuous shooting up to 8.6fps.
The camera features a 3.31" AMOLED touchscreen with 768,000 dots that tilts up 90° and down 45° for flexible shooting angles, though there is no built-in viewfinder and no image stabilization of any kind, placing the full stabilization burden on the lens. Video tops out at Full HD 1080p at 60fps with built-in stereo audio, and Standard and Cinematic color profiles are available for video work. Built-in Wi-Fi with dual-band support enables wireless image transfer, remote shutter and AF control, and direct upload to cloud services or social media via Samsung's Smart Camera App. The camera does not include a built-in flash but ships with the SEF8A hot shoe flash unit.
