The Canon PowerShot SX610 HS is a slim point-and-shoot camera with a 20.2 megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor and an 18x optical zoom lens covering a 25-450mm equivalent range. It goes from a wide 25mm for travel and group shots out to 450mm for distant subjects, and the compact body slips easily into a bag or pocket.
Intelligent IS image stabilization helps keep handheld shots and video steady across the zoom range, and the DIGIC 4+ processor supports sensitivity up to ISO 3200 for low-light shooting. Built-in Wi-Fi with NFC lets you send photos to a phone or control the camera remotely, and a 3-inch LCD with about 922,000 dots handles framing and playback. Full HD 1080p video records at 30fps with optical zoom available while recording, and Auto Zoom and Hybrid Auto mode keep everyday shooting simple.
